الحلف بغير الله

<html><body>لا يجوز الحلف بغيرالله ،لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم((ألا إن الله ينهاكم أن تحلفو بآبائكم،فمن كان حالفاً فليحلف بالله أو ليصمت)) صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم متفق عليه وفى روايه لأبى داود والنسائى،عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه مرفوعاً

(لا تحلفو بآبائكم وأمهاتكم،ولاتحلفو بغيرالله إلاوأنتم صادقون))،ولما رواه أبو داود الترمزى بإستناد صحيح أن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم قال

(من حلف بغير الله فقد كفر أو أشرك))( صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم)</body></html>
